You probably have a reason for perusing this website and if you are looking for somebody who can facilitate an international session, you have come to the right place. My formal education includes masters degrees from the University of Heidelberg in both Conference Interpretation and Speech Communication. This combination provides a useful set of tools for working with all kinds of international groups. As a consultant and a moderator for two European projects (ETUV and lift.com) and as a facilitator for various European Works Council’s meetings and international Trade Union Organisations (ICEM) I enjoy helping my clients to find solutions taylored to their specific set of circumstances.

My work in facilitation includes groups wanting to evaluate their work situation in terms of optimizing future internal coordination as well as groups with serious interpersonal conflicts.
